The last effect video in the series shows the combination and smart modes – the full RGB palette, cycled and switched on camera from the handheld remote and the inline controller.

This is the string light with everything on display: the run moves through a complete rainbow sequence, individual bulbs hold solid colors on command, and the whole show is driven from the remote in the operator’s hand:

What you can see in the video

  • The string running a full multicolor sequence – red, green, blue, purple and amber tones moving along the line at the same time.
  • The operator pressing buttons on the inline controller and the handheld remote, with each press changing what the bulbs do.
  • The power side on the bench as well: a plug-in driver and a battery pack, so you can see the components your customer would actually receive.

The mode buyers ask about by name

RGB multicolor is the effect that sells from the shop shelf. Event companies use it to re-theme a venue between bookings; garden centers and gift retailers use it for high-impact seasonal displays; hospitality buyers use it as the “party setting” on top of the everyday warm-white modes shown in the other videos of this series.

Because the multicolor behavior is controlled by the remote and controller shown in the video, the same string covers a calm dinner look and a full-color event look – which is exactly what the “combination and smart modes” grouping in our overview post means in practice.

This video belongs to the series in Some String Light Lighting Effects Video. Browse the models under LED string lights, or contact us for the RGB program details.
